摘要
目的探讨小波变换在生物学图像处理中的应用。方法利用基于多分辨率分析的二维小波变换方法进行图像分解、消噪与图像压缩。结果比较直方图的曲线分布和灰度中心,能从本质上判断图像间的差异;将小波分解系数中置零的系数个数百分比设为93%压缩后,仍保留了原始图像99%的能量。结论二维多分辨率小波变换在图像处理中的应用效果明显,能最大程度反映图像的特征,并有利于图像的保存与传输。
Objective To explore the application of wavelet transform in biological image processing. Methods Image discretion,de-noise and image compression were carried out by 2-dimensional wavelet transform with multi-resolution analysis. Results The differences among images could be distinguished essentially by the distribution and center of histogram. The compressed image kept the 99% feature of the original one. Conclusion The application of 2-dimensional wavelet transform with multi-resolution analysis is effective, the characters of image are remained in great extent and the preservation and transmission of image are more convenient.
