计算机辅助Delaire头影测量分析法的等效性和可重复性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究计算机辅助Delaire头影测量分析法的等效性和可重复性,为其临床应用提供理论依据。方法随机选取头颅定位侧位片40张,分别做Delaire计算机辅助测量和传统硫酸纸描图测量,测量结果做配对t检验和等效性检验。再从40张X片中随机抽取1张,用以上两种测量方法各测量15次,对其离散性趋势做统计学描述。结果除Me-Met(s)、Me-Met(v)、Np-F1、Me-F1 4个项目外,其余10个项目均具有等效性,且Delaire计算机辅助测量较传统硫酸纸描图测量其结果的标准差和变异系数都明显偏小。结论计算机辅助Delaire头影测量分析法适合在口腔正畸和正颌临床上应用。 Objective To study the equivalence and repeatability of computer-assisted Delaire cephalometric analysis system, and to provide the theoretical basis for clinical application. Methods Forty pieces of cephalometric radiograph were randomly selected and analyzed with the computer-assisted and the manual Deliare cephalometry. The result were compared with t-test and e quivalence test. One radiograph was randomly selected from 40 pieces which analyzed with the two ways and repeated 15 times. The result was compared with dispersion analysis. Results Equivalence test showed that all the measurements had significant difference except Me-Met(s), Me-Met(v), Np-F1, Me-F1. Dispersion analysis showed that computer-assisted analysis was more accurate than manual analysis. Conclusion Computer-assisted Delairc cephalometric analysis system facilitated its clinical application.
