摘要
目的比较钬激光碎石术（HL）、气压弹道碎石术（PL）治疗输尿管结石的疗效和安全性。方法观察2001年1月～2006年6月采用HL治疗171例、PL治疗182例输尿管结石的疗效，并用统计学方法比较二者之间的差别。结果HL单次碎石成功率95．90％，PL单次碎石成功率85．71％；HL组平均结石排净时间21d，PL组34d，x^2=10．81，P〈0．005。HL组无明显手术并发症，PL组发生输尿管穿孔1例，输尿管痉挛1例。结论HL是治疗输尿管结石的一种新的安全有效的方法。
Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of holmium laser lithotripsy（HLL） and penumatic lithotripsy（PL） in the treatment of ureterolith. Methods The clinical data of HLL（ 171 cases） and PL（ 182 cases） were invesigated and compared with statistical analysis. Results The success rate in single lithotripsy reached 95.90% in HLL and 85.71% in PL. The totally elimina- ted time of ureterolith averaged 21d and 34d respectively with significant difference（X^2 = 10.81, P〈0. 005）. No obvious complication occurred in HLL group,but there was 1 ease of uretal perforation and 1 case of uretal spasm in PL group. Conclusion HLL is much better than PL in the effect and safety. HLL is a new,efficient and safe method for the treatment of ureterolith.
