摘要
为了探讨内隐学习在动作技能学习过程中的规律、特点,以及运用的可行性,主要采用教学实验法进行研究,研究结果表明,在运动技术教学中运用内隐学习机制辅助教学,有利于预防错误动作的产生,有利于提高学生的技术水平和运动成绩,同时,运用内隐学习机制获得的运动技能具有较强的持久力和抗干扰能力。
In order to discuss the rule, the characteristics and the feasibility of utilization of the movement skill study process by means of in-hidden study. This paper mainly uses the method of teaching to conduct the research, the result indicated that utilizing the in-hidden learning mechanism in the movement technology teaching is advantageous in preventing error produce, raising student's technical level and movement performance. Also the movement skill that obtainning the in-hidden learning mechanism has the strong endurance and antijamming ability.
