三峡库区中学生肺结核病知识、态度、行为调查

STUDY OF KNOWLEDGE,ATTITUDE AND PRACTICE ON THE PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS AMONG HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN THREE-GORGES RESERVOIR

[目的]了解重庆三峡库区中学生对肺结核病的知识、态度与行为现状,为开展健康教育提供依据。[方法]采用自行设计的问卷对重庆三峡库区中学生进行调查,并运用t检验、方差分析以及相关性分析处理结果。[结果]重庆三峡库区中学生知识平均分7.67±2.65,态度平均分4.57±1.50,行为平均分2.94±1.24,他们对肺结核病的知识、态度、行为受城乡差别、性别、年级以及是否住校等因素影响。[结论]中学生的知识、态度、行为均有待改善。应该加强中学生对肺结核病知识的学习,促进其正确态度及正确行为的形成,并且对不同群体进行健康教育的侧重点不同。

[Objective]To study the knowledge,attitude and practice on the pulmonary tuberculosis of high school students in Three-Gorges Reservoir in Chongqing and to provide bases for health education.[Methods]High school students in Three-Gorges Reservoir in Chongqing were surveyed by questionnaires.T-test,ANOVA and correlation analysis were used to analyze the results.[Results]Mean scores of knowledge,attitude and practice on the pulmonary tuberculosis were 7.67±2.65,4.57±1.50 and 2.94±1.24 respectively,which were affected by coming from city or countryside,gender,grades and whether they lived in school,etc.[Conclusion]The knowledge,attitude and practice on the pulmonary tuberculosis of high school students all should be improved.The shaping of correct attitude and practice ought to be enhanced among high school students as well as the study of the pulmonary tuberculosis.Different points should be stressed for different groups.
