摘要
[目的]了解医院员工心理状况,探索其影响因素。[方法]对5所医院员工进行问卷调查,数据采用SAS软件进行统计分析。[结果]提取了反映员工心理状况的8个因子,而年龄、医院等级、文化程度、上级支持等对上述因子具有一定影响。[结论]医院管理者应采取针对性措施,以改善员工心理状况,提高其生活质量。
[Objective]To evaluate mental condition of medical staff and its influencing factors.[Methods]The staff in 5 hospitals were investigated by questionnaires,and the data in the survey were analyzed by SAS software.[Results]8 factors were found to reflect the mental condition of the staff and they were affected by age,hospital grade,education,leader's support.[Conclusion]Managers in hospitals should take pertinent measures to improve the mental condition and the quality of life of the staff.
