某镇居民2年间的死因分析

ANALYSIS ON DEATH CAUSES OF RESIDENTS IN ONE TOWN DURING TWO YEARS WU

[目的]统计分析居民死亡原因,为疾病防治工作提供科学依据。[方法]回顾统计分析2004～2005年重庆市大足县龙水镇居民死亡主要原因。[结果]50岁死亡人数有上升趋势,前7位死亡原因分别为循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、损伤和中毒、消化系统疾病、围生期的情况、传染性疾病,7种疾病占全部死亡的95.05%。[结论]积极开展社区医疗服务,加强健康、安全及预防保健等知识的宣传教育,治理环境污染,是各相关部门、预防保健乃至医务工作者首要的长期任务,是保障居民身体健康不容忽视的卫生工作内容之一。

[Objective]To statistically analyze the death causes of residents,and to provide scientific evidences for disease control and prevention.[Methods]The main death causes of residents in Longshui town of Dazu county during 2004-2005 were analyzed retrospectively.[Results]The death number of residents aged more than 50 years showed a increasing trend.The fore seven death causes were circulatory disease,malignant tumor,disease of respiratory system,trauma and poisoning,disease of digestive system,perinatal condition and infectious disease in sequence.The deaths caused by the above diseases accounted for 95.05% of all the deaths.[Conclusion]Carrying out community medical service,strengthening the propaganda of health knowledge,safety,prevention and health care,and managing the environmental pollution is a capital and long term task,of all related departments and medical personnel,and is one of health works to safeguard the health and safety of residents,which can＇t be neglected.
