摘要
[目的]了解长期住院精神病患者的婚姻状况状。[方法]用自制的调查表对住我院精神科5年以上的患者进行现况调查,并进行统计学处理。[结果]精神病人的未婚率和离婚率明显高于正常人群:未婚者89例(占54.6%),离婚者41例(占25.15%)。且与病人的性别、年龄、病程、疾病种类、职业有关。[结论]要改变精神病人的婚姻状况,必须要缩短病人的住院时间、注重精神康复、改善社会环境,加强社会及家庭支持。
[Objective]To understand the marital status of psychotic patients with long-term Hospitalization.[Methods]Psychotic patients who had 5years hospitalization were investigated by the self-edit questionnaire and the data were statistically analyzed.[Results]The rate of the single and the divorced were higher than that of health adults：single people were 89（54.6%）,divorced people were 41（25.15%）.And that related with the sex,age,course of disease,kinds of disease and occupation.[Conclusion]Shortening the hospitalization time,emphasizing the mental rehabilitation,improving the social environment and strengthening social and family support should be carried out to change the marital status of mental patients.
