摘要
根据能量释放的途径,把机器基础划分为三类,提出了承受水平冲击扰力作用的机器基础可采用剪力键锚栓型组合锚栓群,使机器质量在界面上做微幅摇摆振动,借助于机器底座与混凝土在界面上由摇摆振动产生的滑动摩擦损耗一部分输入机器的能量和积聚在机器内的变形能,并根据界面的受力和变形分析。
Based on the way of energy release, the machine foundation is classified into three sorts herein. It described that component anchor bolt group are available for the machine foundation bearing the influence of horizontal impulsive force,and it makes micro-amplitude rocking vibration on the interface of machine mass, the inputed machine energy and accumulated strain energy in machine are consumed by the sliding friction in result of rocking vibration between the interface of the machine base and concrete. According to the analysis of deformation and the interface force, the calculating module and analytic equation for component anchor bolt group are established.
