摘要
[目的]考察影响职业女性工作倦怠的因素。[方法]从护士、教师、商业服务人员三个女性集中的领域抽取380名职业女性进行问卷调查,并对数据进行统计分析。[结果]职业、工作时间、婚否、有无子女等人口学特征对职业女性的工作倦怠有影响;自尊是职业女性工作倦怠水平的显著预测变量,社会支持各维度与工作倦怠的多个维度显著负相关,社会支持各维度分别对工作倦怠的一个或多个维度具有显著负向预测作用。[结论]人口学特征、自尊和社会支持是影响职业女性工作倦怠的重要因素。
[Objective]To research on the job burnout of professional women and its influencing factors.[Methods]380 professional women including teachers,nurses and commercial service peoples were surveyed by questionnaires so as to understand the condition of the professional women's job burnout and explore the relations of job burnout,self-esteem and social support.[Results]Employment,working time,state of being married and having a child affected on their job burnout.Self-esteem had a significant forecasting function to the job burnout of professional women.Social support had a significant negative correlation with many dimensions of the professional women's job burnout.Social support could indicate one or more dimension of the professional women's job burnout significantly.[Conclusion]Demographic characters,self-esteem and social support are the main factors influencing professional women's job burnout.
