洗罐工夏季高温作业热强度和热负荷评价 被引量:3

EVALUATION OF HEAT INTENSITY AND HEAT LOAD OF TANK WASHERS WORKING IN HOT ENVIRONMENT IN SUMMER

摘要 [目的]探讨洗罐工在夏季高温下作业的热强度与热负荷情况。[方法]①选择20~45岁,洗罐工龄1年以上,身体健康的男性洗罐工12名为调查对象。②罐内、外气象条件(气温、相对湿度、风速、热辐射、湿球黑球温度)测定。③生理指标(呼吸、脉搏、皮温、体温、出汗量、尿盐、能量代谢)测定。[结果]大部分蒸洗车和约一半清洗车罐内的热强度超出高温作业的容许标准。工人在此环境下作业可见明显热蓄积,罐内作业0.5~1 h出汗量平均为2.3 L,最高达4 L。[结论]短时瞬间作业反映热紧张程度的某些生理指标的标准应与连续作业有所不同。 [Objective]To probe into the heat intensity and heat load of tank washers working in hot environment in summer.[Methods]1.12 healthy male tank washers of 20-45 years old with over 1 year service of tank washing were selected as research objects.2.Meteorological conditions(temperature,relative humidity,wind velocity,heat radiation and wet bulb & black bulb temperature)inside and outside oil tankers were measured.3.Physiological indicators(pulse,skin temperature,body temperature,volume of perspiration,urine salt and relative metabolic rate)were measured.[Results]Most heat intensity inside water-washed tanks and about a half of heat intensity steam-cleaned tanks exceeded permissible standard for high-temperature operation.Obvious heat storage could be observed on workers working in this environment,and average volume of perspiration for 0.5-1 h in-tank operation was 2.3 L,with maximum of 4 L.[Conclusion]Standards of some physiological indicators reflecting heat intensity for short time should be somewhat different from those for continuous operation.
