摘要
[目的]观察牛奶中雌性激素样物质对雌性幼鼠雌性激素代谢的影响。[方法]采用动物试验将21日龄雌性SD大鼠随机等分为牛奶组和对照组,牛奶组喂食鼠饲料及定量牛奶,对照组喂食鼠饲料及定量配对饲料,10 d后收集尿液,采用免疫化学发光法检测尿雌三醇和孕酮。[结果]牛奶组和对照组雌性幼鼠24 h尿雌三醇分别为(6074.4±1465.6)和(3446.7±1149.0)pg,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);24 h尿孕酮为(434.36±167.61)和(221.30±159.15)ng,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。[结论]实验牛奶中雌性激素样物质可影响雌性幼鼠体内雌性激素代谢。
[Objective]To identify the effects of the female hormonal matter in cow's milk on urinary estriol and progesterone of young female rats.[Methods]Twenty-one-day old female SD rats were randomly divided into control group and milk group,with 12 animals for each.Each rat in milk group was fed with 20 ml whole milk every day.And each one in control group was fed with assorted feeds,which contained the same amount of gluten,fat,lysine,and calcium as the milk given to the milk group.All rats had a free access to the rat feeds and water after fed milk or assorted feeds every day.Then 24h urine of each rat was collected after fed 10 days.The urinary estriol and progesterone were detected by the immunochemiluminometric assays(ICMA).[Results]The amount of urinary estriol(pg/24 h)of the rats in milk group was significant higher than that in control group[(6074.4±1465.6)vs(3446.7±1149.0),P﹤0.01];the amount of urinary progesterone(ng/24 h)of the rats in milk group was significantly higher than that in control group[(434.36±167.61)vs(221.30±159.15),P﹤0.01].[Conclusion]The female hormonal matter in cow's milk can affect the steroid metabolism in young female rats.
