沈阳市结核病控制项目10年效果分析(1992～2001年)

ANALYSIS ON THE EFFECT OF TUBERCULOSIS CONTROL PROJECT IN SHENYANG CITY DURING 1992-2001

[目的]分析世界银行贷款结核病控制项目效果。[方法]根据沈阳市1992～2001年结核病报表分析结核病人的治疗效果。[结果]10年来累计接诊可疑肺结核病人196 869例,初治涂阳治愈率为97.7%,复治涂阳治愈率为93.9%。[结论]沈阳市实施世界银行贷款结核病控制项目成效显著。

[Objective]To analyze the effects of TB control project loaned by World Bank in Shenyang during 1992~2001.[Methods]The therapeutic effects of TB patients were analyzed according to the TB report forms of Shenyang from 1992 to 2001.[Results]A total of 196 869 suspected TB patients were received and diagnosed over the past 10 years.The cure rate of smear-positive cases was 97.7% for initially treated cases and 93.9% for retreated cases.[Conclusion]TB control project loaned by World Bank in Shenyang achieves satisfactory achievements.
