7例浅低温体外循环心脏不停跳二尖瓣置换术的报告

REPORT ON 7 CASES WITH MITRAL VALVE REPLACEMENTS IN OPEN HEART SURGERY ON BEATING HEART UNDER MILD HYPOTHERMIA

[目的]了解浅低温体外循环心脏不停跳二尖瓣置换手术的疗效。[方法]在浅低温(33±2℃)、不阻断主动脉、不灌注心脏停跳液、心脏空跳下行二尖瓣置换术。[结果]全部患者均顺利完成手术,未出现低心排综合征、严重心律失常及气栓栓塞等严重并发症。[结论]该二尖瓣置换术是一种简单、安全而可行的手术方式,能有效减轻心脏缺血再灌注损伤,可在临床上推广应用。

[Objective]To understand the effects of 7 cases with mitral valve replacements in open heart surgery on beating heart under mild hypothermia.[Methods]The cardiac valve replacement was carried out under the conditions such as the mild hypothermia（33℃ ± 2℃）,without crossclamping aorta and perfusing cardioplegic solution.[Results]All patients underwent the operations prosperously.The severe complications like cardiac output syndrome,severe arrhythmia and gas embolism did not appear.[Conclusion]The mitral valve replacement is a simple,safe and feasible operation.It is effective to ease the cardiac ischemia reperfusion injury and can be extended.
