两种方法治疗中重度颌面部间隙感染的效果观察

OBSERVATION OF EFFECTS OF TWO TREATMENTS ON MODERATE AND SEVERE FASCIAL SPACE INFECTON OF MAXILLOFACIAL REGIONS

[目的]比较中重度颌面部间隙感染的两种治疗方法。[方法]采用临床试验对颌面部间隙感染患者,对照组采用青霉素480万u+0.5%甲硝唑250 ml,静脉滴注。治疗组先予磷霉素4 g+5%葡萄糖100 ml静脉滴注完毕后60 min立即给予克林霉素0.9 g+0.9%NS 100 ml静脉滴注,观察其疗效。[结果]治疗组与对照组比较,其治愈率、无效率、总有效率、显效时间和治愈时间差异皆有统计学意义。而且转归治疗有效率为90%。[结论]采用磷霉素+克林霉素治疗中重度颌面部间隙感染优于青霉素+甲硝唑。

[Objective]To compare the two kinds of treatments on moderate and severe fascial space infection of maxillofacial regions.[Methods]A total of 235 patients who were diagnosed as fascial space infection of maxillofacial regions at outpatient service were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The patients in the control group were given the intravenous drip of Penicillin 4 800 000 u and 0.5% Metronidazole 250 ml.While for the patients in the treatment group,the intravenous drip of Fosfomycin 4 g and 5%GS 100 ml were given first,then 60 minutes later,Clindamycin0.9 g and 0.9% NS 100 ml were given the intravenous drip immediately,and the curative effects were observed.[Results]There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the cure rate,the inefficiency,the total effective rate,the time of showing remarkable effects and the healing time.Moreover,the effective rate of turnover treatment was 90%.[Conclusion]The treatment of Fosfomycin ＋ Clindamycin has a superior curative effect to the treatment of Penicillin ＋ Metronidazole for fascial space infection of maxillofacial regions.
