Effects of isoflavonoids on performance and lipids metabolism in layers

摘要 选择400羽40周龄伊莎产蛋鸡来研究大豆黄酮、伊普异黄酮和染料木素3种异黄酮对蛋鸡生产性能以及脂类代谢的影响。试验随机分为4个处理,对照组饲喂基础日粮,3个试验组日粮分别添加6 mg/kg的大豆黄酮、伊普异黄酮和染料木素,试验为6周。结果表明:(1)大豆黄酮组产蛋率显著提高5.1%(P<0.05),料蛋比下降6.3%(P<0.05),其余2组有改善趋势;(2)大豆黄酮显著降低血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、游离脂肪酸含量,分别较对照组降低27.97%(P<0.01)、43.41%(P<0.05)、44.96%(P<0.01);染料木素显著降低血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯,降幅分别为24.80%(P<0.05)、33.72%(P<0.05);(3)大豆黄酮显著降低血清T3和FT3,显著升高血清T4、FT4和雌二醇水平,伊普异黄酮显著升高血清T4水平;(4)大豆黄酮有降低蛋黄中总胆固醇的趋势。 Four hundred 40-week-old Yisa layers were used to study the effects of isoflavonoids on the performance and lipids metabolism in layers. Layers were divided into four groups: control group was fed a basal diet and 3 test groups were fed a basal diet supplemented with 6 mg/kg daidzein ( Da), ipriflavone (IP) and genistein ( Gen), respectively. The experiment was continued for 6 weeks. The results showed that ( 1 ) Egg production was increased by 5. 1% (P 〈 0. 05) with the addition of Da. The ratio of feed and egg was significantly decreased by 6. 3% (P 〈0. 05), while the rest two groups had an improvement tendency; (2) total cholesterol, triglyceride and free fatty acid concentration decreased by 27. 97% (P〈0. 01), 43.41% (P〈0. 05) and 44. 96% (P 〈0. 01), respectively, in sera of Da group, while total cholesterol and triglyceride concentration decreased by 24. 80% ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and 33.72% ( P 〈 0. 05 ), respectively, in Gen group; (3) T3 and FT3 concentrations significantly decreased and T4, FT4 and E2 concentrations increased in sera of Da group, while T4 concentration significantly increased in IP group; (4) Da had the tendency to decrease the cholesterol concentration in egg yolk.
