鸡胚肢芽发育机理的研究进展

摘要 由于鸡胚是在蛋内完成发育,有利于人们方便地进行实验操作,所以它作为了解脊椎动物肢芽发育的理想模型,具有其他生物无法比拟的特点。经典的发育生物学为我们提供了鸡胚发育命运图,并阐明了肢芽发育模式划分中细胞间相互作用的关系。而最早用化学手段模拟这些细胞间相互作用的试验也始于鸡胚的研究。研究表明,Shh和Bmp等基因表达决定着肢芽发育。鸡的基因测序更为我们方便地进行研究提供了机会。本文对鸡胚早期肢芽发育情况进行了介绍,并阐述了早期鸡胚肢芽发育的分子机理以及各个基因之间相互作用的关系,为进一步研究动物肢芽的发育机制提供参考。
