摘要 海底油气管道出现损坏时,在维修过程中需要采用水下金刚石串珠绳锯机将它切断,串珠绳的横向振动是影响绳锯机能否高效、高质量工作的一个重要因素.串珠绳横向振动的诱因主要有绳轮的相对姿态变化和驱动部分弯扭振动,通过分析建立了串珠绳横向振动的动力学方程,求解此方程得到了串珠绳横向共振频率.利用该结果对绳锯机串珠绳的横向振动特性进行了分析,试验表明了振动分析结果的合理性.减小横向振动的最直接办法是改变串珠绳的运动速度. When underwater oil and gas pipelines are damaged, they frequently need to be cut with an underwater diamond wire saw in the course of repairs. The transverse vibration of the stringed bead saw wire is an important factor affecting the operational efficiency and quality of diamond wire saw work. Vibration is mainly triggered by the torsional vibration of driving parts and variations in relative positions between the pulley and the wire. A dynamic equation for the transverse vibration of a stringed bead wire was developed, and from this the transverse resonance frequency was calculated. Experiments verified the accuracy of the vibration analysis results. The direct method to reduce transverses vibration is to alter the velocity of motion of the stringed bead wire.
