摘要 利用数据采集设备以及Visual C++开发的计算机监控系统,实现了聚乙烯醇树脂溶液配制过程中温度、搅拌器转速数据的采集及PID闭环控制、反应过程的视频监控及视频图片定时采集保存等功能,在科研和工程中有一定的实际应用价值。 Data acquisition equipment and Visual C + + were used to develop the computer monitoring system, the temperature and stirrer speed were acquired during the confection process of polyvinyl alcohol resin solution. Moreover,the closed-loop PID control, video surveillance, time picture-collection and time picture-preservation functions were achieved. The study is of great practicevalue in the field of scientific research and engineering.
