摘要
以齐鲁石化胜利炼油厂1.4×106t/a延迟焦化装置为对象,对装置的生产操作和装置特点进行分析,并设计与实施先进控制技术在大型石油化工装置的应用。设计两个先进控制器,分别是焦化加热炉控制器和主分馏系统控制器。开发了相关支持计算,并应用于闭环实时控制。
The features of production operation and equipment in 1.4 × 10^6 t/a delayed coking unit of Shengli refinery were analyzed, an advanced control technology was designed and actualized in large petrochemical unit. Two controllers were designed, one was coking furnace controller, the other was main fracionation system controller. A calculation method was developed and applied to real time closed-loop control.
