摘要
从伦理学角度,审视休闲、休闲伦理的概念,阐述休闲的伦理原则和休闲活动的道德判断,并在此基础上提出应选择积极的休闲方式和接受休闲体育,论述休闲体育的意义以及休闲体育的内容和方法。
From the angle of moral science, the concepts of leisure and leisure ethics were explored. The ethic rules of leisure and the moral criterion of leisure activities were discussed. The healthy styles of leisure, one of which is leisure sports, were promoted. Based on generalizing contents and methods of leisure sports, the significance of the leisure sports is summarized.
