用AHP法确定生物资产的评价指标体系

Using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to construct a biological asset evaluation index system

运用层次分析法(又称AHP法)建立了生物资产的评价指标体系,并通过专家评估法确定权重,对各评价指标进行赋值。在所确立的指标体系中,生物资产的经济效益是最主要的,其次是生态效益与环境效益,而社会效益指标的赋值较少。同时,明确了生物资产经济效益的重要地位,强调了生物资产的生态效益和环境效益,所确立的生物资产评价指标体系,符合当前我国推行节能减排、提高效益的方针政策。

This paper constructed a biological asset evaluation index system by using Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP）,in this system, economic benefit is most significant, followed by ecological and environmental benefit, and then social benefit ,furthermore, this paper also clarifies the important status of economic benefit of biological asset, and emphasizes the importance of ecological and environmental benefits.
