摘要
针对企业员工绩效考评问题,通过建立员工绩效考评指标体系,采用层次分析法(AHP)确定了各层评价指标的权重;应用定性与定量相结合的分析方法,给出了员工绩效考评的多层次灰色评价方法和实际的算例;在具体实例中的应用表明,采用该评价方法切实可行。
By building up the comprehensive evaluation index system of staff performance appraisal, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is applied to calculate the weight on the evaluation indicators. On this basis ,by use of qualitative and quantitative analytic method, and principle of the gray system , a multilevel gray evaluation method for its staff performance appraisal is proposed and its application is showed with examples. The application of the method shows that the evaluation method is practical.
