经阴道彩超诊断12周以下胎儿神经管畸形的临床研究

Value of Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasound on Diagnosing Fetal Neural Tube Malformation for Pregnancy Less 12 weeks

目的:探讨经阴道超声在12周以下胎儿神经管畸形的诊断价值。方法:6845例胎龄为孕12周以下孕妇先作常规B超检查,对有胎儿神经管畸形或怀疑有胎儿神经管畸形病例采用经阴道超声进行检查,并作临床追踪对照。结果:6845例胎龄为孕12周以下孕妇检查出胎儿神经管畸形38例,畸形率为0.56%,其中无脑儿20例,脊柱裂10例,无脑儿并脊柱裂5例,脑脊膜膨出3例。结论:经阴道超声用于诊断12周以下胎儿神经管畸形准确率较高,可作为首选的诊断方法。

Ojective： To investigate the value of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound on diagnosing fe- tal neural tube malformation for pregnancy less than 12 weeks . Method： 6845 cases with pregnaucy below 12 weeks were checked by ordinary ultrasound . If find out the neural tube malformation or may have neural tube malformation cases, that were checked by transvaginal color doppler ultrasound and compared with out- come of stop gestation. Result： 38 cases （ 0.56% ） were diagnosed fetal neural tube malformation in 6845 cases. They were 20 cases of brain defection, 10 cases of cleft spine, 5 cases of brain defection both cleft spine and 3 cases of expansion of menbrance of brain and spine respectively. Conclusion： Transvaginal color doppler ultrasound have great value on diagnosing fetal neural tube malformation for pregnancy less 12 weeks . It Can be the first choice on diagnosis for such cases.
