异丙酚在门诊胃镜检查中的应用

The Application of Propofol Intravenous Anesthesia used in the Gastroscopy

目的:了解异丙酚静脉麻醉在门诊胃镜检查中的效果及安全性。方法:门诊胃镜检查患者100例,随机分为麻醉组和对照组(n=50),麻醉组静注异丙酚注射液;对照组予咽喉部表面麻醉。对照观察两组患者在检查中的反应、患者接受程度、术后咽喉痛的发生率和检查前、中、后的生命体征,以及患者麻醉后的清醒时间、定向力恢复时间、自行行走时间。结果:与对照组比较,麻醉组患者检查中的不良反应少(P<0.01),术后咽痛的发生率低(P<0.05),患者的接受率高(98%)。麻醉组检查中、检查后SBP、DBP、HR、RR、SpO2与检查前相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。对照组检查中SBP、DBP、HR,RR较检查前相比明显升高(p<0.01),且与麻醉组检查中相比差异有显著性(P<0.01)。麻醉组所有患者均入睡,无术中知晓。术后约6min清醒。15min内完全恢复正常。结论:异丙酚静脉麻醉用于门诊胃镜检查具有安全、有效,且清醒快、恢复快、患者满意度高的特点,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To study the effect and safety of intravenous anesthesia with propofol during in gastroscopy out- patient clinic. Methods： 100 patient were randomly divided into two groups ： the patients in group A were given propofol by intravenous injection; the patients in group C were given surface anesthe- sia. Observe the reaction and adverse reaction during the operation and postoperation. Results：It is fewer of the incidence rate of adverse reaction （ p 〈 0.01 } and anginal rate （ p 〈 0.05 } in group A, it is highly of the accepted by the patient（98% }. The breath and circulation in group A is more steadily than group B during the operation. Conclusions： It is safety and utility with intravenous anesthesia with propofol during in gas- troscopy out - patient clinic. It is fast of the clear - headed for the patients. The patients and doctors ＇ saris-factory are highly increased.
