重型脑外伤早期及恢复期综合康复治疗临床评价

Clinical Evaluation of Comprehensive Rehabilitation on Severe Traumatic Brain in Early and Recovery Stage

目的:探讨综合康复治疗在重型脑外伤中的作用。方法:选择重型脑外伤病人30例,其中闭合型18例,开放型12例,全部进行早期及恢复期的综合康复治疗,于1周内、1、3、6月时分别进行GCS、NIHSS、FMA、ADL评定,数据经SPSS10.0统计软件包分析。结果:主要指标在1-3月时改善明显,意识状态在1月内恢复较好,神经功能缺损在3月时改善最为明显,6月时仍有较明显的改善,运动功能在3月时改善非常明显,日常生活能力在6月时改善最为明显,闭合型运动功能恢复在3月时较开放型略微好一些。结论:综合康复治疗对重型脑外伤早期及恢复期有着积极作用。

Objective： To discuss the effectiveness of comprehensive rehabilitation on patients of severe brain injury. Methods：Select 30 patients with severe traumatic brain injury,which closed 18 cases,12 cases open. All for the early recovery and rehabilitation treatment, at 1 week, 1,3 and 6 months respectively for GCS,NIHSS,FMA, ADL assessed by the SPSS 10. 0 statistical data analysis. Result： Key indicators improved significantly in 1 -3 months, in first month consciousnesss better resume, improve neurological function when the most obvious defect in third, there was a marked improvement in Junth. motor function is very obvious improved in third. ADL most obvious improvements at the end of the sixth month, closed - motor function in a more open slightly better at the end of third month. Conclusion： Early treatment of severe traumatic brain injury rehabilitation and recovery have a positive effect.
