摘要
目的:探讨外伤性十二指肠破裂的诊断及术式选择。方法:对1990年5月至2006年4月收诊28例外伤十二指肠破裂病例的临床资料进行总结性分析。结果:术前确诊16例;术中探查确诊12例;治愈25例;死亡3例;并发症7例。十二指肠瘘及腹腔脓肿是主要并发症。结论:早期正确诊断,选择正确手术方式,有效十二指肠内减压和术后肠内外营养是治疗的关键。
Objective： To explore the early diagnosis and treatment of traumatic rupture of duodenum. Method：The clinic datas of 28 patients with traumatic rupture of duodenum were retrospectively analyzed from May 1990 to Apr. 2006. Result ：16 cases of duodenal injury were diagnosed before the operation, 12 cases were proved during the operation. 3 cases （4.8%） were dead. 7 cases with complications . And the main complication is fistula of duodenum and abdominal abscess . Conclusion ： The key point for treating rupture of duodenum is early diagnosis and with proper method for operation , in the mean while with effective decompression of duodenum and enteral nutrition in postoperation.
