显微手术治疗脑胶质瘤71例临床分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨显微外科手术治疗脑胶质瘤的诊断和临床疗效。方法:对71例脑胶质瘤显微手术治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:67例病人术前诊断与术后病理诊断符合,符合率94.4%。治疗显效33例,占46.8%;有效率30例,占42.3%;无效8例,占10.9%。结论:显微手术以其损伤小,适应症宽,全切除率高等优点,临床效果好。 Objective: To analysis the diagnosis and clinical curative effect of brain glioma microsurgery. Method: Clinical data of 71 patients treated by microsurgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results :The preoperative diagnosis of glioma is same to pathological diagnosis in 67 patients by sixty - seven patients 194.4% ). The excellence rate, effective rate and ineffective rate were 46.8 %, 42.3 % andl0.9% respectively. Conclusion: The microsurgery of glioma has the better clinical result on due to it ' s less damage, wide indication and high total resection rate.
