应用腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠的分析

Analysis of Ectopic Pregnancy Treatment with Laparoscope

目的:评价腹腔镜技术在异位妊娠治疗中的应用价值。方法:将确诊为异位妊娠有手术指征、采用腹腔镜手术的患者150例为观察组,回顾性分析采用开腹手术的异位妊娠150例为对照组,比较两组的手术情况和术后情况。结果:观察组手术时间(52.21±10.34)分钟,对照组手术时间(51.73±11.07)min,P>0.05,无差异性。观察组术中出血量(20.09±5.21)ml,对照组术中出血量(58.41±4.63)ml,P<0.01,具有显著差异性。观察组术后离床时间为(1.28±0.40)d,对照组术后离床时间为(2.92±0.54)d,P<0.01,具有显著差异性。观察组术后2d体温>38℃(占5.33%),对照组术后2d体温>38℃(占24.67%),P<0.01,具有显著差异性。观察组平均住院天数(3.28±1.84)d,对照组平均住院天数(5.72±1.69)d,P<0.01,具有显著差异性。结论:腹腔镜手术创伤小,恢复快,术中出血少,并发症少,治疗效果可靠及住院时间短等优点,值得有条件的医院推广应用,是治疗异位妊娠首选的手术方式。

Objective： To evaluate the application of laparoscopic technique in ectopic pregnancy treatment. Method： Check the ectopic pregnancy has the operation indication, and adopt 150 cases of laparoscopic operation sufferers as the observation group; process the retrospective analysis, take 150 cases of the ectopic pregnancy as the contrast group, and then compare the results before and after the operation. Result： The operation time of the observation group is（52.21 ＋ 10.34） minutes, and the operation time of the contrast group is （ 51.73 ± 11.07 ） minutes, P 〉0.05, there are no much difference. The bleeding amount of the observation group is （20.09 ± 5.21 ） ml, and the bleeding amount of the contrast group is （ 58.41 ± 4. 63）ml, （58.41 ±4.63）ml, there are significant difference. Bed leaving time of the observation group are （ 1.28± 0.40 ） days, and the bed leaving time of the contrast group are （ 2.92 ±0.54 ） days, P 〈 0.01, there are significant difference. The average days in hospital of the observation group are 13.28 ±1.84 ） days, and the average days in hospital of the contrast group are （ 5.72 ± 1.69 ） days, P 〈 0.01, there are significant difference. Conclusions： The laparoscopic operation has little wound, and is fast in recovering; with little bleeding amount and symptoms, it is reliable in therapy effect with short hospitalization time, which is worthy to be promoted in the hospitals with good conditions, and it＇s the first choice operation mode in curing the ectopic pregnancy.
