缺血性心脏病患者外周血中内皮祖细胞数量和功能的变化

Changes in the Number and Functional Activity of Circulating Endothelial Progenitor Cells in Patients with Ischemic Heart Disease

目的:观察缺血性心脏病(ischemic heart disease,IHD)患者外周血中内皮祖细胞(endo-thelial progenitor cells,EPCs)数量及功能的变化。方法:IHD患者和对照者各23例,用密度梯度离心法从外周血中分离单个核细胞,用流式细胞仪测量外周血中CD+细胞以鉴定EPCs。分别观察EPCs的粘附能力、迁移能力和体外生成血管能力。结果:IHD患者外周血中EPCs数量明显低于对照组,其粘附能力、迁移能力和体外生成血管能力也明显受损。结论:IHD患者外周血中EPCs数量降低且功能减退。

Abstract：Objective： To investigate the changes in the number and funcional activity of endothelial progenitor cells （EPCs） from peripheral blood in patients with isehemic heart disease. Method： Mononuclear cells were isolated by density -gradient centrifugation from 23 patients with ischemic heart disease, and another 23 patients as control. Flow cytometry was used to identify EPCs. EPCs adhesive,migratory and vasculo- genesis capacity were assayed. Result： EPCs from patients with ischemic heart disease exhibit decreased numbers and impaired adhesion, migratory and incorporation into vascular structures. Conclusion： Patients with ischemic heart disease have decreased numbers of circulating EPCs with impaired functional activity.
