摘要
目的:明确新生儿窒息的相关因素及血清多项生化指标、血气分析的变化。方法:回顾性总结了2005年3月至2007年3月我院儿科收治的124例窒息新生儿的病因、临床表现、实验室检查等情况。结果:羊水胎粪污染、脐带及胎盘异常、孕产期严重疾病及产程异常为窒息的常见原因,而且窒息后血清多项生化指标、血气分析结果发生了变化。结论:新生儿窒息血清多项生化指标检查、血气分析的结果均有改变,而这些指标反映了新生儿窒息后各脏器功能受损的情况,为临床的诊断及治疗提供帮助。
Objective： To study the relevant causes of asphyxia neonatorum and the changes of serum biochemical indexes. Method：A retrospective ananlysis was made on 124 cases with neonatal asphyxia. Rsult： Meconium, birth procese dysfunction , abnormality of umbilical cord and pregnant complications et al, were the main causes of neonatal asphyxia. The indexes of serum biochemistry and blood gas were changed. Conclusion：Some indexes of serum biochemistry and blood gas have changed, and these showed the dysfunction of organs. Helps were given for the diagnosis and treatment of neonatal asphyxia.
