摘要
目的:探讨脐带异常对围产儿的影响以及诊断、处理要点。方法:回顾性分析我院2005年9月至2007年2月489例足月妊娠合并脐带异常分娩者,与同期足月妊娠分娩组进行对照。结果:脐带异常组胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息的发生率比同期对照组高,P<0.01,有非常显著差异性。结论:早期诊断和加强产时监护,第一产程及时处理是降低围产儿死亡率的关键。
Objective： Discussion of effects of abnormal cord on perinatal and the diagnosis and treatment. Method： A Retrospectively analysis of 489 cases of full - term pregnancy with abnormal cord during September 2005 to February, 2007 as against full - term pregnancies of the same period in our hospital. Restilt： Abnormal cord embryos were much oppressed and the new born＇s asphyxia rate is higher than the other group of the same period showing a remarkable difference. Conclusion： Early diagnosis, emphasis on labor attendance and timely work of the first stage labor are the key to reduce death rate of perinatnal.
