儿童“热的快”爆灼眼外伤临床特点分析

Analysis of the Clinical Symptoms of Eyes' Trauma Caused by Explosion of Water Heater "Redekuai"

目的:总结分析儿童“热的快”爆灼所致眼外伤临床特点,提出治疗和预防的方法。方法:对2000年1月至2006年12月我科收治的27例儿童“热得快”爆灼所致眼外伤的临床资料进行回顾分析。根据眼外伤的不同情况,采取相应的治疗措施。结果:“热得快”爆灼所致儿童眼外伤主要是眼表异物及眼表热性烧伤,经积极治疗可避免严重的视力损害及后遗症。结论:伤后及时就诊,及时诊断治疗对预防并发症极其重要。

Objective： To analyze the symptoms of eyes＇ trauma caused by explosion of water heater ＂redekuai＂, and provide measures for the prevention and therapy. Method： Retrospectivly study is used with the clinic data of eyes＇ trauma caused by explosion of water heater ＂redekuai＂ in 27 children cases from 2000 to 2006. Corresponding therapies were taken for the eyes ＇ trauma according to different symptoms. Resuit： Most of the symptoms were showed as eyewinker and burns in eye＇ s surface. It is possible to avoid the eyesight damage and sequels by taking correct therapy. Conclusion： It is important to go to hospital for therapy as soon as possible because time decides the effectiveness of eyesight damage therapy and the prevention of sequels.
