摘要
目的探讨帕金森病(PD)发生认知障碍的表现及相关因素。方法采用韦氏成人智力(WAIS-RC)量表与UPDRS评分对30例早中期帕金森病患者进行评定。结果PD组患者WAIS-RC量表测量各小项分值、语言量表分(VIQ)、操作量表分(PIQ)及全量表分(FIQ)等各分值与相同年龄组平均分值之间差异有统计学意义;PD组FIQ与UPDRS-U13有明显的相关性。结论帕金森病患者存在全面的认知减退,且与病程相关。
Objective To explore the type of cognitive handicap, the possible mechanism in Parkinson＇s disease （PD）. Methods There were 30 early metaphase PD patients in this study. Neuropsychological objective was conducted in the study , including WAIS-RC and UPDRS to all patients. Results The score of each items, VIQ, PIQ and FIQ in WAIS-RC were significantly different between the patients of PD and the same-ages. By partical correlation, there was dependability between FIQ and UPDRS-U13. Conclusion The patient of PD has the completely cognitive handicap, which was correlated with UPDRS-U13.
