保护精索血管和输精管高位结扎治疗小儿斜疝125例临床分析

Experience of 125 Cases Indirect Hernia in Children Treated with High Protecting of Vessel of Spermatic Cord and Ductus Deferens

目的:通过采用先保护精索血管和输精管高位结扎法治疗小儿斜疝125例的临床分析,探讨该手术方式的临床应用价值。方法:回顾分析2001年9月至2007年3月采用该手术方式治疗125例小儿斜疝的疗效及术后87例随访1年情况。结果:术中无1例输精管和精索血管损伤;无1例明显阴囊肿胀;仅1例术后4个月复发;手术时间无明显差异;复发率低。结论:治疗小儿斜疝,采用该手术方式,较传统手术方式能明显有效防止精索血管和输精管的损伤,特别是输精管;而且同样创伤小,复发率低;对于那些疝囊过小、疝囊壁菲薄者更适合。

Objective： To study the clinical value of treating 125 cases indirect hernia in children with high ligation of protecting of vessel of spermatic cord and ductus deferens.Method： We analyzed the effect and 87 cases followed up for one year,all 125 cases indirect hernia in children were from Sep.2001 to Mar.2007.Result： There＇s none with injury of ductus deferens or vessel of spermatic,or scrotal swelling only one was recurrent after 4 months of operation.There＇s not obvious difference in operation time.Conclusion： It can reduce the indamage of vessel of spermatic and ductus deferens to treat indirect hernia in children with the method,and with less injury and lower relapsement rate.It＇s more suitable for the patients with small hernial sac and humble parientes of hernial sac.
