摘要
目的:探讨喉癌患者血清中白介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)含量的变化及临床意义。方法:采用ELISA法测定46例喉鳞状细胞癌病人和52例正常人血清IL-6及TNF-α水平。结果:喉癌患者IL-6及TNF-α血清水平均正常对照组(P<0.01),术后IL-6和TNF-α水平下降(P<0.05)。结论:血清IL-6及TNF-α水平可能与喉癌的发生、发展有关,测定其水平有助于喉癌诊断和临床病情观察。
Objective： To study the change and clinical implication of tumor necrosis factor（TNF-α） and interleukin-6（IL-6） in patients with carcinoma of the larynx.Method： Serum TNF-αand IL-6 level in 46 of laryngocarcinoma cases and 52 of normal control group were measured by ELISA.Result： Serum TNF-αand IL-6 level were signific-antly higher in the laryngocarcinoma patients than in normal control group（P〈0.01）,and decreased in the patients of post-operation（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： The activity of serum IL-6 and TNF-αmay related with development of the laryngocarcinoma.The determination of TNF-αand IL-6 in serum could help to the diagnosis and observation of the laryngocarcinoma state.
