第二掌背动脉远端皮支皮瓣修复手指皮肤缺损

Repairing Finger Skin Defects with Using the Cutaneous Branch of the Second Dorsal Metacarpal Artery Flap

目的:报道一种以第2掌背动脉远端皮支皮瓣修复示、中指中、近节皮肤缺损的方法。方法:应用第2掌背动脉远端皮支皮瓣治疗示、中指中、近节皮肤缺损12例,皮瓣面积为1.5cm×3.0cm^2.5cm×5.5cm。结果:12例中有11例完全成活,外形满意;1例出现皮瓣远侧部分坏死,经换药后愈合。结论:第2掌背动脉远端皮支皮瓣血供可靠、操作简便,是修复示、中指中、近节皮肤缺损的理想皮瓣之一。

Objective： To report a method for repairing the skin defects of their proximal and middle segment of index finger or middle finger with using the cutaneous branch of the second dorsal metacarpal artery（SDMA） flaps.Method： 12 cases with the skin defects of their proximal and middle segment of index finger or middle finger were repaired with the cutaneous branch of the SDMA flaps.Area of the flap was 1.5 cm×3.0 cm to 2.5 cm×5.5 cm.Result： Of the 12 flaps,11 flaps survived completely with a good color and texture;1 case got margins necrosis and healed after changed dressing.Conclusion： The cutaneous branch of the SDMA flap has following advantages： reliable blood supply,easy dissection,so it is one of effective methods for repairing the skin defects of proximal and middle segment of index finger or middle finger.
