高压氧综合治疗糖尿病足疗效观察

High Pressure Oxygen Complex Therapy in the Diabetes Foot

目的:观察高压氧综合治疗糖尿病足的疗效与常规药物治疗糖尿病足的疗效差异。方法:56例糖尿病足患者在常规治疗的基础上加用高压氧治疗与48例糖尿病足患者常规药物治疗的结果进行比较。结果:高压氧综合治疗组治愈率58.93%,总有效率94.64%;对照组治愈率12.5%,总有效率58.33%。P<0.01有统计学意义。结论:高压氧综合治疗糖尿病足效果明显,提高了治愈率及总有效率。

Objective： hyperbaric oxygen treatment of diabetic foot and the efficacy of conventional drug treatment of diabetic foot efficacy.Method：56 cases of diabetic foot patients in the conventional therapy based on the use of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and 48 patients with diabetic foot conventional drug administration treatment and the results were compared.Result： Hyperbaric oxygen treatment group was 58.93%,the total efficiency of 94.64%;the control group was 12.5%,the total efficiency of 58.33%.P 〈0.01 was statistically significant.Conclusion ： Hyperbaric oxygen treatment of diabetic foot results and improve the cure rate and total efficiency.
