三风机系统和两风机系统的运行与设计

摘要 以国产MLS3626立式辊磨机为例,比较了三风机生料粉磨系统和两风机生料粉磨系统的工艺特点、投资费用及其它经济技术指标。目前两套系统并无太大的高下之分,三风机系统的稳定性、系统安全性好于两风机系统,在除尘设备的选择方面也更加灵活。但随着高浓度、高负压静电除尘装备的进一步成熟,市场竞争更加充分,两风机系统的投资费用有一定的下浮空间,同时通过在设计上进一步完善和优化,系统安全性的问题完全能够得到解决,而且两风机系统流程更加紧凑,具有节约空间的优势。 Compared the process, cost and the other economic and technical index oftri-fan system and double-fan system applied respectively in MLS3626 vertical roller mill, At present, the two systems are almost equally matched except for that the system's stability and security oftri-fan system is better than that of the double-fan system, as well as the flexibility of selection of their deduster, However, with high-consistence and high-negative-pressure electrostatic deduster's maturing, the market competition becomes more intense, and the cost of double-fan system can be lowered a certain extent, and with advance improvement and optimizing, its stability problem can be solved completely, moreover, the process flow of the double-fan system is more compct, which can save the space.
