摘要
为促进气体辅助注射成型设备及模具技术的研究与应用,从气体辅助注射成型技术的3种进气方式(喷嘴进气、流道进气和型腔进气)、2种气体发生与控制方式(体积控制和压力控制)、模具设计与工艺等方面介绍了国内研究开发的新技术和新方法,并展望了气体辅助注射成型技术的发展趋势,如CAE技术等。
In order to promote researching and application about gas-assisted injection molding equipment and mould, new technologies and new methods in China for three key technology, namely, three kinds of gasinjection methods, including in-nozzle gas injection, in-runner gas injection, and in-cavity gas injection, two kinds of gas generating and controlling, including volume control and pressure control, the design of mould and process were introduced. And the development tendency of the gas-asslsted injecting molding technology was expected, for example CAE.
