摘要
基于对08胶印机中偏心摆动式递纸机构运动过程的分析,根据递纸机构的运动要求,对递纸牙的运动规律进行模拟,得到递纸牙的运动方程。在此基础上,运用复数矢量法,对机构中各杆件进行分析,得到各杆件的位移、速度和加速度在一个运动周期内的值,进而利用反转解析法,设计出了驱动凸轮的轮廓曲线。在MATLAB环境下,以机构中递纸牙运动的边界条件,滚筒转速和机构几何参数为初始参量,编制了参数化的驱动凸轮轮廓设计软件,根据不同的输入参量,可得到不同的凸轮轮廓,并进行压力角校核,为偏心摆动式递纸机构的研究开发提供了一种便捷的工具。
Based on the analysis of the movement of eccentric-swinging sheet transfer mechanism in 08 offset press ,according to the movement demands of sheet transfer mechanism and simulated the movement rule of the gripper, the movement formula of gripper was obtained. Analyzed the sheet transfer mechanism by using complex vector method, acquired the values of displacement, speed, acceleration of every member bar in a movement peiod and designed the outline curve of the drive cam by using reversal analytic method. Programmed parameterized design software of the cam. Under MATLAB circumstance,the software can analyze and design according to the parameter data inputted. The pressure angle has been checked synchronously. It provided a gist for the improvement of the eccentric-swinging sheet transfer mechanism.
