Remote Monitoring System of Injection Molding Machine Groups

采用PROFIBUS现场总线技术、组态监控技术和互连网络技术,研究并实施了注塑机群的远程监控。监控系统采用生产现场底层设备监控级、采用现场总线的生产车间注塑机群集中监控级和基于Internet的远程监控级三级递阶结构,对生产车间注塑机群的生产运行状况进行实时、集中及远程监控,并对监控数据进行实时采集、处理和归档,为企业生产和设备的科学管理、调度、使用和维护提供了先进的手段。

Based on PROFIBUS, configuration monitoring, and Internet/Intranet technologies, a remote monitoring system of injection molding machine groups is studied. The system has a three-hierarchical-structure that consists of shop floor machine monitoring level, workshop machine group central monitoring level via PROFIBUS ,and remote monitoring level via Internet/Intranet. The system can be applied to the central,remote, and real-time monitoring of the running conditions of injection molding machine groups, and to collection, processing, and archiving of the monitoring data, thus provides an advanced means of utilizing, maintaining, scheduling,and managing production machines for enterprises.
