摘要
针对我国非织造布生产线技术落后的现状,提出了一种实用的计算机测控系统。系统对生产线的工作温度、料位、压力、速度、频率、单位重量和长度作了检测与控制,系统达到自动检测、控制、管理与维护功能。集中测控系统为用户提供安全、可靠、经济合理的运行环境。
This paper introduces a useful computer measurement and control system aiming at the technology lag status quo in the production line of nonwoven fablics in our country. The system measures and controls work temperature, position height of raw materials, pressure, velocity, frequency, unit weight, and length in the production line. The system realizes the functions of automatic measurements, control, management, and maintenance. The centralized measurement and control system provides operating environments of safety, reliableness,and economical reasonableness for users.
