摘要
针对目前电动钉枪质量体系建立的现状,开发针对电动钉枪耐久性研究的系统,新开发的系统提供了电动钉枪耐久性测试和电动钉枪最高工作频率判断的功能,同时也可以对电动钉枪的耐久性研究提供试验平台。重点分析了如何运用威布尔分布对耐久性试验数据进行处理。
As to the present status in quality system constructing of electrical nail-gun, the durability testing system of electrical nail-gun developed which not only provides the function of durability testing and maximum working frequency of electrical nail-gun, but also provides the durability testing platform to pneumatic nail-gun. Especially introduce how to process the durability testing data with Weibull distribution.
