摘要
造纸用原材料和纸品都是可燃物,造纸过程中大量使用各种高温、高压设备,高速旋转设备或辊筒,大型的槽、罐、池,在生产过程中还需要使用各种化学药品。本文针对一般造纸厂生产工艺及设备的特点,分析造纸厂存在的危险、有害因素,提出相应的安全措施和建议。
The raw materials and products in paper-making industry are all combustible, lots of equipment in paper making process are all kinds of high temperture, high pressure and high rotational speed,besides all kinds of chemicals are used in production. Focusing on the characteristics of processing and equipment in general paper-making factory ,this article analyzed the dangerous and harmful factors of papermaking industry ,and put forward corresponding safe measures and suggestions.
