摘要
回收再制造是机电制造业实施可持续发展的重要途径。探讨了面向环境的拆卸与回收设计的涵义,分析了设计原则与方法,提出了绿色循环经济闭环系统和机电制造业的回收再制造系统,机电制造业的回收使用方式可按产品废旧程度分为重用、再加工、高级回收、中级回收、初级回收及最终处理。实施回收再制造工程,可充分利用资源,有效节约能源,减少废弃产品对环境的负面影响,以促进绿色循环经济的可持续发展。
Retrieval remanufacturing is an important path to realize the sustainable development on electromechanical manufacturing industry. This article discussed the definition of disassembly & recycling design for environment, analysed the design principle and method, and put forward closedloop pattern of green circulation economy & retrieval remanufacturing system of electromechanical manufacturing industry to promote the continuable development of the green circulation economy. The retieval ways in electromechanical manufacturing industry can be divided into reuse,reprocessing, high class, middle class, primary class retrieve and terminal treatment. Carry out the remanufacture project. It can make better use of the resource,offective safe energy ,reduce products pollution to environment.
