摘要
为了满足客户的多样化需求,企业开始采用大规模定制模式,导致企业内部存在大量的相似零部件。为了降低制造成本,减少管理难度,避免重复设计,使设计规范化,需要对相似零部件进行重组,以减少零部件的种类和数量。在进行基于特征的零部件相似性研究的基础上,提出了用模糊相似度对相似性进行描述,然后运用模糊聚类的方法进行基于零部件相似性的模糊聚类重组,并用实例验证了这一方法的有效性。
In order to satisfy the variety demands of products,companies adopt mass customizations which cause large number of similar parts in stock in companies. In order to cut down the cost of manufacture, reduce the difficult of management and avoid redesign. The similar parts need to reengineer to reduce the types and quantity of parts. After researching on the similarity of the special parts, and using advanced fuzzy similarity degree to describe similarity. The paper suggested using the method of fuzzy clustering to employ parts reengineering. The effectireness of the method has been proved by an instance.
