摘要
根据切削参数是在一定工艺条件下得到的一种优化问题的可行解或最优解,提出了直接记录该优化问题的约束条件和目标函数的切削参数数据新结构。其重要特征在于将得到切削参数时的客观评价指标和得到参数后的主观评价指标,作为切削参数数据记录的重要组成部分,以确保切削参数、切削条件和目标函数一起被保存起来,为切削参数数据的不断优化或切削参数数据库的自进化提供一种机制。
Based on the fact that machining parameters were the feasible or optimum solution to an optimization problem under certain machining condition,a new data structure of machining parameter was presented which directly recorded the constraints and objective function of the problem.The objective and subjective assessment indices were key features of the data structure.Thus the machining data and the cutting condition/objective function to produce the data could also be traced.An evolution mechanism for the data and the database itself was also provided.
