摘要 为满足移动作业的维护类工程技术人员各种动态的复杂作业辅助需求,将可穿戴计算机和无线传感技术引入制造业设备维护作业现场,介绍了针对现场作业辅助用途设计的可穿戴计算系统,提出基于可穿戴计算的现场作业辅助创新模式。分析了该模式实现在应用结构创建方面所面临的挑战。围绕这一核心问题,提出了扩展有色Petri网形式及领域本体设计方法,描述应用功能模块;提出了领域结构分析和Petri网映射方法,生成应用相关的分层有色Petri网;实现了基于本体推理和变迁替代的辅助应用结构创建过程。最后,给出了应用实例及分析。 Traditional on-site task assistant pattern can't satisfy the dynamic and complex information requirement of mobile technicians.To tackle this problem,wearable computer and wireless sensor were introduced to the maintenance task site.Firstly,a special wearable computing system and an on-site task assistant pattern based on wearable computing was introduced.Secondly,implementation challenges of application structure constructing for this pattern were analyzed.Thirdly,for some key methods,the methods of extended Petri net and domain ontology design were proposed which was used to describe application function module.The domain structure analysis and Petri net mapping were put forward to generate layered colored Petri net.Assistant construction process of application structure based on ontology reasoning and transitions substitution was also realized.Finally,the application instance and analysis were also discussed.
