This paper analyses necessity to establish computer network of industry rail transport management system. In accordance with special feature of industry rail transport management, it puts forword imagination of network structure for whole system and plan of technique structure for partial system. The more reliable installation of host or server is get forth to meet the needs of industrial rail operation day and night.
